Total 360 Technology

Built Because the MSP Model Doesn't Match Reality

Most IT providers focus on support. We focus on the operational risk that IT actually creates.

Same tools, same threats — a fundamentally different mandate.

Don Oxman, Founder of Total 360 Technology

Don Oxman

Founder

After years of watching well-intentioned managed service providers ship the same reactive model — tickets, response times, antivirus, and hardware markups — one thing became clear: the small and mid-sized businesses being served were exposed to risk their providers were not equipped to manage. Total 360 Technology was built to close that gap.

The practice is led by Don Oxman, with nearly 30 years in cybersecurity, operational risk, and IT infrastructure leadership. Licensed and operating in the State of Texas, the firm aligns to recognized frameworks including CIS Controls, NIST CSF, and Texas safe-harbor principles under §542 (SB 2610).

Don holds a Master’s degree in Security Management with post-graduate studies at MIT and Harvard, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and Associate degrees in Russian and Ukrainian Language Studies.

What We Believe.

  • Help desk is not security.
  • Response time isn’t a strategy.
  • Flat-rate IT without safeguards is operational negligence.
  • Hardware markups create misaligned incentives.
  • Security must be structural, continuous, and enforced.
